Before forming FR Services, Inc, Brigitte was a Merger and Acquisition specialist for Harris Roja Corporation, a boutique investment banking firm serving technology companies in Silicon Valley, California. As a Merger and Acquisition advisor, Brigitte helped companies develop corporate strategies, including restructuring and improving the company's operation for a merger, acquisition, joint venture, turnaround, or divestiture.
Earlier in her career, she held senior financial management positions at Priam Corporation and Bank of America. Brigitte earned an MBA in Finance with President Honor Roll from Central State University, Oklahoma. In addition, she holds a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a French Baccalaureate in Literature. She is fluent in French.
